  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout (if applicable)

  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotions

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan

  • Please ensure you are available at the time of delivery to receive your order

  • You can track your order through the courier service website

  • Guzalya is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt delivery again

  • After multiple failed attempts, the order may be cancelled
