1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery

  • The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the order

  • The product is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Used or opened skincare products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  • Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 3 days of delivery

  • Share your order number and clear pictures/videos of the issue

  • Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours

If approved, we will arrange a return pickup or guide you through the return process.

4. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed

  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa

  • Refund processing time: 3–5 working days

5. Shipping Charges

  • If the product is damaged or incorrect: We cover all shipping costs

  • In other cases: Customer may bear the shipping charges

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
